"Interesting modern revamp of a classic 1920's building. Open-space lobby is more like a lounge, with music (sometimes live) and tons of comfortable seating options -- there were always a number of people hanging out there, sometimes enjoying coffee or a drink from the bar. Staff members were all friendly, helpful, and extremely competent; when we stopped by the front desk to ask for someone to check out a problem we were having with our TV, we had barely left before the technician was arriving. Luggage storage is available before and after checkout for a very reasonable fee. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the location is within easy walking distance of a number of theaters, restaurants, and subway stations. 100% would stay again. "

"The property was a good location. It had a good gym to use. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast roll was nice. It is worth upgrading the breakfast if you want a sitdown one, the extra money is worth it. Rooms were small and had noisy fans/ac outside but you do forget they're on and it is times square, so there is always some compromise!"
