Great Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway to Newburyport and our weekend was made that much better due to our wonderful accommodations. We arrived to a clean and comfortable space made super cozy by the fireplace! I highly recommend this property!

Cute and Comfy Townhome in Newburyport

Great family get away

The place was great! Five adults in my family travelled together with plenty of space to stay, comfortable beds, ample towels and linens. The house was in a great area, walkable to downtown, and the street was safe to park on (no parking on site). Sean went above and beyond to communicate efficiently and effectively. All my needs were exceeded! Highly recommend :)

Xmas in Newburyport

Spent a couple of days in Newburyport over Xmas week. Visiting family in southern NH and near Boston, so this was a good halfway point. Nice place and good communication/ responsive. No parking off street was a little bit of an issue…we found a spot each night but had to drive around a bit one or two nights. Overall a good place though.

Wedding weekend

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. 3 adults, an 8 year and a 6 month old. The house was great, the location ideal for exploring Newburyport on foot. Great park and playground right down the street and Riverfront walking path to shops and restaurants. The only downside was the only parking was on street ( no charge) we did not have any trouble finding a spot within a block of the house.

Brides family stay

We know rentals take a beating but this place was fairly clean but inside kitchen drawers/ fridge needed a lil tlc. Mgt responded quickly to broken air conditioner which we so appreciate. Comfortable living room and lots of stuff to use for prepping a meal. Quick walk to downtown. Quiet n comfortable. We recommend!

Clean, spacious home in great location!

Our family members stayed here to attend a wedding at a nearby beach and get in a few extra days of vacation. The house was very spacious, and very clean, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was large and the backyard grilling patio was perfect! The property is conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and stores. I couldn't have asked for a better place! The property managers were on top of things and very responsible and gracious before, during and after our trip! It was amazing and I'm looking forward to renting another property from them on our next visit to New England! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Overall good!

The space is great—A lot of bedrooms for families/friends. It was clean. Location is decent. We just were slightly disappointed in the quality of the amenities, bedding, furniture etc. I understand it’s a vacation rental but when paying what we did for two nights, we expected slightly higher quality sheets, soaps, toilet paper…etc. it felt cheap for such a pricey stay during a slower time for vacationing as well. Otherwise, we had a great time and appreciated our stay.

Great property in a great neighborhood!

I stayed for almost a week and loved the location, the character of the house, and the easy walk to downtown Newburyport for shopping and restaurants. The electric fireplace made the front living room so cozy for reading a book or watching a movie. The kitchen is open to the dining room, and both the breakfast counter and dining room table were great locations for enjoying a cup of coffee and talking over dinner. Bedrooms were a good size and the rooftop deck was a treat. Bathrooms are small - typical for old New England homes - but the water pressure was good and water heated up quickly in the showers. The only time we needed the car was to drive out to Plum Island. The rest of Newburyport is very walkable and pedestrian friendly.

The location of the house was only a short walk to everything Newburyport has to offer, it also was immaculate and decorated in lovely beach theme. Beds and sofas were very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This is a lovely home right in town! It was a great family place with lots of thoughtful details, and it was very clean. Everyone was happy, kids & grandpa included :)

Beautiful Location in Newburyport

Our group had a great time at the house. It has enough space for a group of friends or a family and has a large downstairs space for hanging out. It's conveniently located by the water and just a few short blocks away from the center of Newburyport. We would highly recommend staying at this house!

Nice overnight escape for me and my friends

Property was just as listed, beautifully decorated and appointed and very clean and comfortable for all guests. We dined at the Black Cow which I highly recommend. After homeschooling kids for 8 months, this is exactly what we all needed!

Great location and use of the space

Great location, easy walk to downtown. The house can easily sleep 6-8 people and has a great setup for a group. The bedrooms allow for privacy but the open kitchen and dining room are great for entertaining. Sean was great to work with the super responsive to any request.

Outstanding stay in Newburyport , thanks to outstanding property

We rented this property for our daughter's wedding. The address was within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The church too. On street parking was not an issue, we always found a spot nearby. Great return contact by owners. We had so much going on and it was nice to know the owners were there to help if we needed anything.

Small Family Reunion

Sean was great! Whenever I messaged him, he got back to me immediately. The property was wonderful! Very well appointed and updated. Bright and airy. Open floor plan that accommodated 7 adults comfortably. Outdoor space was a bonus. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
