“Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal.
We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.”

“Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive.”

“The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. ”

“First time at this hotel. Staff were great on arrival. Got to our room which was just ehat we needed but the heat! It was so warm. Did not have a good night sleep with the heat and the pillows were hard. On checkout the lady was lovely. We asked questions about the hotel and she explained what we asked for if we stayed again. “Great location. £12 breakfast was good, proper coffee from the machine too. My room on 3rd floor was great with a king size comfy bed. but my friend was on the 2nd floor and said the shower spoiled her stay. Both have step into baths to shower so a little dated but hers wasn’t the best experience as once inside the bath to shower her head touched the shower head. So not ideal. ”
