「The property, room, bedding hardware and sheets needed to be completely cleaned up for harm free to people stay in it.」

「They should specify the room number on the booking confirmation. It was not comfortable running on the property to find out which room and make a guess.」

「Only concern was not knowing soap for shower was not included, as well as Kleenex Usually these 3 items also need to be included or even told to bring! 「Due to the nature of the retreat… there was no face-to-face contact w the staff but they responded promptly to text or call. Our cottage at Mitchell 2 had an excellent view of Mt Mitchell east side.」
