The place was really nice, comfortable and warm. Appreciated all the welcoming details throughout the house (lotions, towels, lip balm and many more). Loved the outdoor area where I could enjoy the fantastic view and feel the ocean. Car access was easy. I felt well taken care of from the start as Frances was kind enough to greet me upon my arrival. Would definitely recommend !

Perfect Family Beach House

My family had an absolutely amazing time at this beach house! The location is perfect for people-watching on the boardwalk, and the house itself is stunning. Everything is top-notch, from the high-end appliances to the quality of the dishes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this property. On top of that, the property owner and manager were a delight to work with. They were attentive, ensured everything was in order, and communicated promptly with me. I highly recommend this rental—our stay was perfect in every way!

This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations.

You'll love this cape cod modern beachfront house! Great location for those that like walking to either Newport or Balboa Pier in this upscale beach neighborhood. Waking up every morning to the most amazing sunrises from the master suite or the large open floor plan downstairs. Plus the most unbelievable sunsets! Modern touches add a nice touch throughout the house yet over all there is a warm and cozy feel to the house. We appreciated that the owner, Elizabeth allows dogs...we had our labordoodles with us on this stay-cation which made the experience so special. Looking forward to our next stay...in the summer time!

Beautiful Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and updated, we felt right at home. Great patio for lounging in the sun not only on the main deck but the sun decks off the master and other bedrooms. Lots of lounge spaces and sleeping areas. The privacy glass around the boardwalk patio gave us awesome privacy without taking away the views. All around, highly recommend.

Gorgeous House

We chose this house to stay in Newport for our intimate Newport Beach wedding. When COVID cancelled all of our original plans it left us scrambling for what to do, but this beautiful property made it so easy. Breezy and spacious bedrooms for getting ready, plenty of space for my family, fiancé, and three closest friends (8 of us total) to sleep, and of course amazing views! Elizabeth was a great communicator and answered any question I had quickly and graciously, she was so open to working with us to make our wedding weekend perfect! I mean I have to mention what an incredible way to wake up on your wedding day and shower in the master bathroom with views of the beach and ocean!! 😍 We had a few family members join us for a socially distanced dinner on the patio After our ceremony on the beach (our total group was 14, plus a personal chef and photographer) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We brought our own 6 seater patio table to increase outdoor seating since I think there was enough room outside for 8 originally but lots more space to work with. Between inside and outside there was so much space for entertaining and relaxing and moving from thing to thing with ease and comfort. Loved staying here and can’t wait to get our pictures back, this open home had insane lighting and views and our photographer couldn’t get enough of it. Overall, what a perfect place for our family to enjoy an intimate, relaxed beach weekend celebrating our marriage. Thank you so much Elizabeth for covering every last detail!! We will be back :)
