Absolutely amazing

A rental house usually does not live up to the pictures, but this house proves the exact opposite- it blows the pictures away. The owners are awesome, the back patio is awesome, the common spaces are awesome, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are awesome. I’d give the house ten stars if I could!

Not Worth the Price

The location of this property is fantastic and there is a good sized driveway. The property was not as advertised. There was a missing AC unit in one of the bedrooms and the third floor did not have functioning AC. There was not a single pan in the 2nd floor kitchen and the refrigerator did not work so all of our food spoiled. We also had no hot water for over 14 hours so we took cold showers. The person we dealt with Keith was rude and kept saying over and over "We never have a problem with this property" no apology no I will make it right. I left an expensive blow dryer and flat iron under the bathroom sink and no response from him. For this price you would be better off renting from an owner vs a management company that clearly doesn't care if you are satisfied. I would steer clear.
