My wife and I loved this apartment, it was as nicely updated/kept as advertised. It is literally a 45 second walk down to Thames Street right by all the bars, restaurants and shops but importantly just far enough away that it is quiet which was amazing since our 7 month old was with us and he slept through the nights without any issues. The living room is Cousy and private, the shower and kitchen appliances were brand new and clean. The property manager responded to all of our questions on a very timely basis. If there was any con/negative is that the one bedroom units do not have a designated parking space. HOWEVER, we parked at the Mary Street parking lot which is literally a 5 minute walk away and we used the Passport App to pay for the meter, so there was zero headache in terms of having to find parking, moving the car or getting any tickets. I was initially worried since the side streets are tight and there are a lot of one way streets.My wife and I would definitely stay at this unit again.
