While that interior was somewhat dated and the wallpaper was coming off in spots, the home was inviting, spacious enough for my family, and helped ensure we had a great stay in Newport! The private crabbing dock was a great addition, even though our luck was terrible, ha ha.

Yaquina Bay Bridge View

You will be choosing this unit for the view! E225 is waterfront with an unobstructed view of the bay. You want see the harbor but you will see seals and sea lions and eagles and cormorants as well as all the small craft coming and going from the harbor. The beds are comfortable. Even the pull out. The decks are amazing to sit out on and watch all the activity on the bay. The location and the view is what this place is about. The furniture is dated and the wallpaper is peeling in places.

Place is very unkept

Unit is dirty. Furniture is broken and dirty. We went out and got sheets and towels to cover the furniture so we didn’t have to sit on them. Rugs are dirty and stained. Living room rug is curling and a safety hazard. Freezer smelled of fish and we had to clean. The location is great and walking distance to restaurants etc. Deck has a great view. Staff in lobby very helpful. Would stay at the resort again but NOT in this unit.

Oregon Coast Vacation

Fantastic location, condo had everything we needed and for the most part it was clean. Living room windows and door need cleaned and behind master nightstand needs orange food crumbs vacuumed. Noticed that when we were looking for outlets. Carpet pad needs trimmed as it is wider than carpet.

Fun little nostalgic

Our family of 4 loved it! Puppy too. Love the older look nostalgia feel. What I grew up with. Love the balconies on each level. Have every thing a house would. Full kitchen. No AC but you can open the windows for some brisk air!

Amazing week on the bay with parents.

Thank you for being so flexible and welcoming. The view was incredible, the pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful. The washing machine needed a bit of help locking the door and we wished there were some more cooking utensils. I brought my parents (70&79 y.o) on my spring break and they loved it. Never change the downstairs bathroom wallpaper because it was amazing.

Excellent location

The property was good. Very comfortable. Great location. My only disappointment was when we wanted to extend our stay I had to go through the site and I was going to have to pay the cleaning & booking fee again, so I didn't book. I went to a hotel for our extended 3 days that we added to our trip.
