Compact but well designed

Agent communication before and during the stay was excellent and very helpful. Really good use of a small space and some nice interior design. Bedroom and bathroom a pretty good size and has a clothes rack and dressing table. The front room has a handy kitchen area. We used the futon as a bed which wasn’t that comfy but was handy as an extra bed. Was very noisy at night sleeping at the front due to people walking past the house throughout the night - presumably after being dropped off at Boardmasters at bus station which is 2 mins walk away. Back bedroom was noise proof though so this was only an issue because we used the front room.
