First Floor:

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Cot and highchair. Garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars.. A delightful semi-detached holiday cottage in an idyllic location with magnificent sea views to the Isle of Man and the Galloway Hills. Situated ¾ mile up a private good road, on the edge of the owner’s 50 acres of private woodland, with paths leading to a secluded sandy, pebbly beach and rocks for sea fishing - 10 minute walk. Two mile bluebell walk in May. Galloway House gardens, 2 miles, one shop at garage, bowling green, two tennis courts, harbour and nearest pub 1¼ mile.

Inaccurate property information

One toilet, not two as listed. Crucial misinformation. Three senior citizens with various health issues would NOT have chosen this property. We had no prior warning so had no opportunity to change or cancel ahead of arrival. The proprietor admitted she had been trying to get the advertiser to correct the details but had not advised us beforehand - we booked five months ahead. No Internet signal at property so unable at time to contact advertising company. The proprietor gave us a number to phone, said the advertising company admitted responsibility. Lovely area, spoilt holiday.
