Cozy and Peaceful Bakehouse

We had a wonderful time enjoying the warm fire in a peaceful and restful location. Our host made us feel right at home. Thank you!

Lovely stay at The Bakehouse, we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and comfortable. Great local walks and it was nice having the wood burner to come home to. Nice pubs in the area which are walkable. Excellent communication from the hosts. We look forward to returning again when we’re next in the area.

Amazing attention to detail

The Bakehouse was as described and it was spotless and well equipment with lovely attention to detail. Newtonmore is an ideal location for exploring the highlands. The village has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. The local hotels do not allow dogs in side but we were able to have drinks outside and we had a lovely meal at the Glen Hotel (outside with the dog). We also had a smashing sunday roast at the McInnes House Hotel in Kingussie (Dog friendly). Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful.
