Near beach, noisy construction site beside

The room is clean and tidy, the staffs are nice and helpful, the reception lady at day helped me to call the airport bus and showed me the way to the bus stop, which is just opposite to the hotel. The hotel is very near to the Nha Trang beach and the famous Sailing Club, the room is on first floor with a big window with no view (just facing a wall), the curtains is not thick enough to block the light from outside making the room very bright even when you have turned off all the lights inside the room. The horrible thing is there was still a construction site on the second next block of the hotel, and the workers was working day and night, noisy that you can't sleep. If I were knowing this condition in advance I would not book this hotel.

離海灘及商店街很近的飯店

飯店很新沒有公共設施，舒適便宜乾淨方便，總共入住3晚，第一次進入浴室時，馬桶蓋上有很多螞蟻，沖掉後就沒有再出現了！櫃檯有一位綁馬尾戴眼鏡的女生，很誠實且親切，請她代訂的一島遊浮潛(黑島)價格平日25萬VND假日35萬VND，租機車平日15萬VND假日20萬VND，計程車到機場是25-35萬VND，付款後會開收據，不要求海景房的話，推薦這間飯店！

Poor Service, okay rooms

We arrived at this hotel early in the morning at 6 AM after taking an overnight bus from Hoi An and we were incredibly tired so we asked if we could check in early so we could sleep. We were told that we could check into a room on the second floor but that we had to pay half a night stay for the additional seven hours. We were also told that we had to come back down to the front desk to re-check in at 8 AM. No idea why. We were then told that our room was unavailable and that we would be upgraded for one day only but then had to move the next day. We explained that we didn't want to have to move because that meant coming back at 12 noon to move all our stuff over. The hotel didn't seem to understand why this was a problem when we asked why and explained we didn't want to be upgraded we were told that our room is actually unavailable. After complaining we were told that we could leave and go for breakfast and come back at which point I replied why then am I paying for a half a day the whole point was to be able to go to sleep since we got none on the bus. We argued with the woman at the front desk for about 15 minutes she didn't understand why we were so upset that we had to pay for half a day if were to get bounced around between rooms three times in 24 hours. In the end she ended up letting us stay in the upgraded room for the full three nights which originally she told us was unavailable after our first night. The rooms in the hotel were nice but I wouldn't stay again

1박 3만원 가격에 깔끔하기는 엄청 좋아요 하지만 문을 잘못 만들어서 열고 닫을때 엄청 세게 닫고 열어야만 해서 소음이 컸고 욕실 하수구 물이 잘 안 내려가요 그거 두개 외엔 위치도 좋고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다^^

Great Hotel with a good location

Great Hotel, staff was friendly and helped us with everything. Stayed here with my girlfriend for a total of 5 nights and we enjoy ed our stay!
