Do not waste your money on the Royal rooms. Came here for my partners birthday and wanted to make it special so I booked a royal king room - firstly it was not ready for us at check in time and when we were able to get in it was extremely dissapointing. All their rooms seem tiny but ours was extra awkard because it was in a weirdly oriented corner, there was barely enough room to open the door to walk in. There was also no way to get air circulating in the room, the fan appeared to be broken and the temp controls werent working. It was so stuffy and uncomfortable we couldnt even see the falls because the window was perpetually fogged up. Getting up to that floor is a pain too, you have to switch elevators on the 9th floor and there are not enough elevators in the place already, and frankly the floors with the "royal" rooms doesnt look as nice as the rest of the hotel so its just not worth spending extra on a worse experience.
Breakfast was dissapointing as well, store bought croissants and basic scrambled eggs and stuff Ive gotten for free elsewhere but at a 50 dollar upcharge here. The location is great if you want to hang out in cliffton hill or casino niagara but just book their cheapest rooms if you book this place because there was nothing "luxurious" about the royal rooms, not anywhere close worth the extra money.

Our room on the 4th floor facing the falls was nice. The room was very clean and all the staff were quick and attentive and very accommodating. We were there for 2 nights. It was a very memorable stay and we definitely will come back.

We did enjoyed staying at The Brock, only thing is window is way too small to see the view. Breakfast was the best and very convenient to Waterpark for my kids.

Room was clean but small, bed was super comfortable. Location is great, parking is a little silly at $45/day. Hot tub jets are useless (its more like a warm bath). Elevators to parking are super slow due to attached water park. Checkin was fantastic and easy. Really 5*. Room 834's window looks out to a roof so no view at all. Breakfast is over priced.

The only reason for not giving all 5 stars is due to the current remodeling and upgrades. The place looks amazing and Maithili at the front desk is 10 stars. EXCELLENT customer service 👏

Staff was 10/10 and room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Gym is adequate and clean. Paid 50.00 per day for parking but enjoyed the in/out priviledges and onsite proximity. The beautiful photos of the pool and sauna had me fooled. Sauna was not heating up, jets in sauna not worth calling jets and it was cloudy both days. Adult pool hours not respected by other guests and hot tub and sauna full of kids. Still enjoyed it and if pool area is sorted would stay here again.

The pool is heated, but by no means warm. The jets in the hot tub work at maybe 25%. The walls in the room are paper thin, I could hear everything from the room next door right down to the snoring. Luke warm shower, not enough hot water to finish washing my hair let alone my daughter take a shower. Absolute wonderful location.
