Appartement idéalement situé, face à la mer, proche de toutes commodité (restaurants, magasins). Très lumineux, très propre, très bien agencé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

The apartment gives a nice view on the see and is located between numerous restaurants and close to the railwaystation.The picture doesn't show that there is a 4 lanes road between the sea and the appartment which is crowded and very noisy during day and nighttime.

Alles tipptopp

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Der Empfang war super freundlich, es wurde alles ausführlich und gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist umwerfend, die Lage wunderbar. Man ist direkt am Strand, zum Hafen sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Unytování na velmi dobré úrovni, apartmán vybaven všim potřebným k dlouhodobému pobytu. Pláž je přes ulici, v blízkém okolí je několik pekáren, zeleniny i malá samoobsluha. V okolí je také spousta hospod a restaurací. Lokalita je velmi klidná.

Magnifique appartement très propre, très calme ! Très bien situé, tout à proximité ! Très complet en vaisselles et tout ce qu’il faut pour y séjourner comme à la maison !! Une vue à couper le souffle !! Literie très propre ! Bref je n’ai rien à dire tout à été parfait du début à la fin !

Chambre de la taille exacte du lit:pas d’espace entre les murs et le lit , il faut marcher son son compagnon pour sortir du lit.Impossible de poser quoi que ce soit au pied du lit.

Beaucoup de choses cassées: porte de placard de l'entrée, robinet de la salle de bain, store, couverts, porte du frigo, aussi lampes grillées, applique manquante dans la chambre, bbox défaillante. Manque de matériel (2 verres à vin, 3 pinces à linges, pas de ravier pour l'apéro...pour finir table et chaises sur la terrasse en plastique... très fragile... De plus aller chercher les clefs à l'agence à l'opposé de la location n'est pas pratique du tout, par contre accueil chaleureux à l'agence.

Non satisfaction totale.

Je retiendrai uniquement la situation géographique du lieu. Le simple fait d'aller à votre agence de Nice pour réceptionner les clés de l'appart et de les ramener ensuite n'a fait que compliquer les choses. Et le reste fera que j'éviterai de passer par votre agence pour autres réservations de vacances.

Beautiful apartement next to the sea

Excellent view over the sea and the promenade. Nice decoration and everything is in perfect condition. Easy and safe parking. Only problem is traffic noise, during the night it's quite disturbing.
