Nice location

If you stay at this apartment be aware that the key pick up is only 8 minutes away. Positives: location, kitchen appliances, a/c, bed, spacious bathroom, quiet, many food stores & restaurants nearby, iron/board, elevator. Negatives: take shower in tub, w/d difficult to comprehend, roaches in kitchen and bath, 1.5 rolls of TP for 2 people for 5 days (N&J not sympathetic), 3 separate locks on front door(not reassuring, but no incidents) 1 slide bolt on bathroom door (interior).

Staying at 2 Rue Massena

Great place to stay in Nice. Beautiful apartment with all household items and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Very attractive décor. Can be somewhat noisy at various times of day and evening as musicians often perform in Place Massena. This is especially true during Carnaval de Nice in February. Note: Access to Netflix requires that you disconnect one of the available profiles and connect to your account. This was not explained in the material provided.

Beware: Overcharged

Beware: VRBO property overcharged our Mastercard and only provided us a partial reimbursement. They agreed there seemed to be an additional overcharge and escalated the issue. They then discontinued the email site with no further communication with us!

Localisation, grandeur de l’appartement, calme la nuit, sauf les poubelles vers à 1h du matin, tout pour cuisiner, ascenseur. Nous avons également apprécié le service de l’agence. Un rideau de douche pourrait éviter de mouiller le plancher. Pour les moments plus froids, un duvet ou une douillette éviterait le chauffage dans la chambre.

Great location!

Such a great location in Nice and the apartment has a great layout and nice furnishings. We had issues getting the keys at check in as we arrived at the office after 7:00pm but eventually someone met us at the apartment, thankfully my daughter’s phone was working. For the three of us family it was fine but there were no bedroom doors. The elaborately illustrated instructions were incorrect for both the A/C, stovetop, and washing machine but with help we figured them out. The apartment was clean and quiet even with the living room being right on the pedestrian through way. The building was clean,safe, and the neighbours friendly. We would stay here again.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Unterkunft zu dritt (19 und 2 mal ü50), mitten im Zentrum, alles super zu erreichen, sehr gut ausgestattet Allerdings hatte das separate Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) keine Tür, das ist ungünstig, und ein Kleiderschrank fehlte. Die Stange am Fenster reicht aber für die leichten Kleider aus und eine Kommode gab es. Ansonsten hat es uns super dort gefallen. Danke!

Très bon séjour à Nice

Nous avons passé deux mois dans cet appartement . Il se situe dans le coeur de Nice dans une rue piétonne à deux pas de la Place Massena. Le salon est ensoleillé . On peut ouvrir les fenetres et profiter du soleil, ou des sons dans la rue et la musique dans la place. Mais lorsque ils sont fermé tout est calme. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le seul chose qui n'est pas parfait c'est que le balcon est petit et fait en face du nord. Très très bon appartement. Merci

Amazing stay at this central 'Gem'!

The apartment is wonderfully central, and has everything you could want for a good stay, including Fibre Wifi, a beautiful bathroom and cosy, comfortable furnishings. Nestor & Jeeves are 'hands on' Agents - nothing is any trouble and they are always there to go 'above and beyond' to make for a perfect stay. In terms of the apartment, the only thing I felt was missing was a proper wardrobe (the hanging rail doesn't take heavier clothing and is not very strong) and a light duvet for warmth in the winter months.
