RIVOLI PALM is a high standing studio located in a beautiful residence just a few seconds' walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the Negresco hotel.



Decorated in soothing tones of beige and brown, this apartment will seduce you with its beautiful, bright living room.

You will enjoy the outside with its pleasant balcony overlooking a courtyard and greenery.

Also benefit from a charming sleeping area located in a very cozy recessed area.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it has:

- Free Wi-Fi connection

- The air conditioning

- Blackout shutters



Located in the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or a few steps from the sea, all the essential places in the city are a few minutes walk from the apartment: the pedestrian zone and its restaurants, the shopping avenue: Jean Doctor, the "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city) and Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)



The city offers many Vélo Bleus points, allowing you to ride easily in the city center.

The SNCF train station is a few minutes' walk away.

Nice Airport is only 15 minutes by car.

You will find cupboards there.



BALCONY:

Its west facing balcony is composed of a table and 2 chairs, it will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals outdoors.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room includes a sofa, a flat screen TV, a coffee table, a dining area with a dining table.

You will find a welcoming Queen size bed and 2 bedside tables.

You benefit from air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.



BATHROOM :

The recently renovated bathroom has a nice shower, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.

You will also find the washing machine there.

The toilets are independent.

Probleme pression d'eau

Tres faible pression d'eau aux toilettes surtout a la douche. Tres complique de se doucher avec de l'eau qui ruisselle seulement. Un bien mauvais point pour cet appartement loue avec le prix affiche. Bien a vous. RK
