"We loved staying at the Dagny! Gorgeous hotel, our room was huge, the location is amazing … and the staff? So wonderful. Every single person. Would love to stay here again!"

"Wasn’t impressed with the staff, the room had issues, toilet was loose from the floor, toilet seat very loose, the refrigerator top was busted exposing the electronics and the blinds were very fuzzy with dust. The only good thing was it was right near the Freedom Trail and other places we wanted to see, other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there."

"No one offered to help with our bags. There is construction going on all around the property which started at 6am. View from our room was directly across from a building that also had construction workers inside, so could not open the curtains or we would've been looking right at them. We definitely had higher expectations for this hotel."

"My check in did not go well. It was not the staff person, he couldn’t have been nicer, it was the hotel policy. I arrived at noon and was told my room was ready but there was a $75.00 early check in fee. This was the first time I encountered this policy at any hotel and whoever in corporate initiated this policy should be fired on the spot!! I hope that this is not something that is going to become a new normal! I understand a fee for a late check out as a hotel needs to ready the rooms for incoming guests but if a room is ready to charge an early check in fee is nothing but a money grab. Until I hear this policy has been changed I will not be staying at the Parker House! My stay otherwise was fine, the room was clean and it was quiet but this early check-in put a damper on the Parker House experience, I finally did check in at 5pm. Horrible! "
