「Sehr schöne Klosteranlage mit angeschlossenem Hotel. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber.

「Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.」

「Bathtub and toilet are very dirty」

「Prima」

「Very nice hotel. Good staff service and beautiful interior and exterior design & decorations 」

「Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioner. Good enough light」

「Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic.

「Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!」

「It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!」
