“Staff friendly No cons”

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”

“Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel aber diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gesehen haben. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse und der obere Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand beginnt direkt außerhalb des Hotelgeländes. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es auch ein echt tolles Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung!”
