「Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard.
Hotel manager was easily accessible by phone to answer questions and deal with a complicated booking situation. Got it resolved quickly and extremely favorably.

「We had a great time at our stay at the Eco Village. It's a beautiful property with lots of fruit trees planted on it, so we loved taking a morning walk to see them. The units are close to each other, but we felt that there was still good privacy maintained. There's no kitchen to cook food, but lots of great restaurants in Hilo. 」

「This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.」
