"Fantastic staff. Free shuttle bus from/to Odawara station. Very organised. Stunning spacious room with wonderful amenities. River view and private onsen beautiful. Public footbath and onsen (swimwear required!). Great location for using Hakone Free pass - there is even a quiet, walkable 20 minute shortcut to Gora train, funicular/cable car station if you are fit enough for lots of steep steps and want a lovely leafy walk! Restaurant in the evening was great- a little suited to western tastes including vegan. There is also a convenience store opposite the driveway. "

Stay in hotel, 2 wings and you'll be close to everything like snacks from 3 to 7 and alcohol and dessert from 7 to 10 pm. Unlimited drinks like water, soda and tea. Masseuse is excellent!"
