"This isn’t far from town proper , and they offer a few shuttles per day into town or the beach. I highly recommend Lio beach , sunset is amazing, and so much good food to enjoy. We rented a room with pool access which is the only room I’d ever book. It was so nice to go to your balcony and swim whenever you wanted. Room service was so amazing. We sued the fridge to stick up on drinks as theirs only a small store nearby with limited selection. The restaurant was great, many options. You’ll enjoy the breakfast and prices. Staff was so so amazing. Would stay again "

"We loved the vibe and decor of the place. Natural and peaceful. The room was clean. Air conditioning in the room. Had a massage done by Louise and it was excellent. One of the best! The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food. More on the pricey side considering some of the restaurants around the area. Only small complaint was the coffee. Half full and not the best but their are coffee shops close by with delicious coffee and half the price you’ll pay. Otherwise we would stay here again. "

"This was my first stay at Lime Resort El Nido. The view from the hotel is magical. The sunsets are some of the best I have ever seen. That was the only good thing about our stay. We where booked into a nice room with a great water front view but it was so hot and the AC did not work. They up graded us to there top rooms with the same great view but the room was dirty. I walked from the entrance to the balcony with bare feet that went black from dirty floor. The shower leaks all over the bathroom as the cracks in the door let the shower water leak all over it. Then, the problem with lighting, in the middle of the night the lights will turn on for no reason. Told the front desk and a maintenance guy came and fixed it our last night out of 5 nights. Now for the food and beverage department....being a restaurant owner and running major hotel kitchens over my career I can say this is one of the most poorly run food and beverage departments. Breakfast is not up to standard for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Cheap brands of meats, juices and same fruits every day. The only good one was the egg station where the 2 guys where great. This could be a really spectacular property if the upper management took some pride in what they have here. This is not a cheap hotel to stay at. So it should be run with some pride. Most of the employees are friendly but need some leadership to bring it up to where it should be. If, it doesn't improve, t will fail. I will not recommend this hotel in El Nido."
