“Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four……

“The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire place is very clean. The peace amd serenity I experienced here were just what I needed after a few trying months. Pet friendly, my dog was in heaven with the pond and acreage to run. This hidden gem is just that, a gem. A little slice of heaven. Do pay attention, and bring food, as its at least 30 minutes to a store. ”

“This little cabin is amazing. The peace and quiet were exactly what I needed. The views of the sunrise/sunset, and listening to the night life ( frogs, coyotes, etc) was relaxing. Inside the cabin, everything appears new, the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could need. The bed was very comfortable, and the large living space was more than adequate.If you like to fish, take a fishing pole, the pond has bluegill, and, supposedly, bass. Might be a little out of the way, but its well……

“The house was very roomy and comfortable inside. The basement pool table and ping pong table were in excellent condition. All shopping and restaurants are about 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the isolation. More outside chairs would have allowed us to enjoy the covered porch. ”

The pics accurately represent the dwelling, host is responsive, ammenities are plentiful, kitchens are stocked and host recommendations were helpful.Cons: You can't check in a minute early w/o a fee. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't check in. The instructions to get in were not complete (missing a necessary step), so we ended up not getting in until 20 minutes after our check in time when the host texted they unlocked it remotely.……
