“We had the most wonderful stay at MelRose Relais. Pasquale the evening server in the restaurant was incredibly friendly, and helpful with several suggestions for things to see, where and when to catch the bus which was super close by, as well as food and wine suggestions each night. We loved how he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure getting to know him. He was a highlight from our entire trip.

“Honestly, this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. It's gorgeous. Rooms are really well-appointed and characterful; breakfast is generous. Wi-fi is good, if you're bothered about that. It's not great for people with mobility difficulties, but so long as you're OK with stairs, you'll be fine.
I can't recommend it highly enough. It's amazing value. A few nights at this place is itself a reason to go to Salerno and to use it as a base for exploring the region”

“Great size rooms with 2 full bathrooms. Everything needed for a week stay. Amazing view. There is a huge shared roof terrace w 180 degrees of view. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of hot water, ac, clothing lines, drinkable water. Great location! Only down side is the 250 steps reaching the suite, but after a day you find alternative ways of reaching units. Yes, if you have heavy luggage, 20 euro per baggage per trip is highly suggested :)”
