"We had a problem with a leaking toilet after the third night and we were moved to another room immediately. The staff were really good. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Really close to the subway and an easy walk to Shinjuku station. The dining options just outside the hotel were really convenient. The weather was wet so having dining options close by was important. The Tokyo night light show was directly opposite our first room….spectacular."
