We had an amazing week at this property and would highly recommend. The unit was gorgeous, the view was stunning and the grounds were perfect for our group of 6. The pool was meticulously maintained and sushi in the lobby was a huge bonus. The location was great, short walk to nightlife and restaurants. 5 stars from this happy group!

NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING

My family is very active. The photos in the listing showed a well equipped gym. This is the primary reason we booked this condo complex. My family consists of 4 athletes who exercise every single day, 3 of which are adult men. However, when we arrived, we were told to use the gym on the second floor in Azure, which was nothing like the photos on the listing. My family tried to make it work but we all gave up after the second attempt. Something my family never does. The treadmills dangerously turned themselves off without warning at 20 minutes. I almost hurt myself each time as I was - predictably - jogging on the treadmill. There was only one weight bench, which guests would sit on for an hour plus while speaking on the phone and/or looking at social media. And the “gym” had no weights over 35 pounds. These things were very upsetting to my family, especially considering 3 of us in the family are strong men who lift weights daily. On the last day while walking around the Blue Residences, we noticed that the wonderful gym that was pictured in the listing was that of the Blue Residences, where we would have loved to exercise as a family. Yet the man at the front desk never even told us that there was a gym at Blue Residences. And yet many guests from Blue Residences continually used the pools at Azure. This was not acceptable. On top of that, the unit was advertised as having a parking spot. Yet it was completely occupied by a car that was covered and appeared to have been in our allotted/numbered spot for some time. When we asked the guards, they were not helpful. And the unnumbered spots were always occupied so we had to drive around looking for an unnumbered spot each night. Not fun. Not when the listing said we would have access to parking. Lastly, I asked the property manager a week plus in advance if a large frying pan was in the unit and informed her that we intended to cook large meals for the family. She said yes but yet no large frying pan was available. This forced us to use the oven to cook meals that did not taste good when oven cooked. Very upsetting and no one on premises helped with any of these issues.
