really great place, location just down the road from old town BB. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Our only complaint would be the parking lot lights. We weren't able to close the drapes and our third floor room was fairly bright all night long.

As a family of 20 the duplex worked out ok as we had great weather and ate almost all our meals outside. They have 2 nice picnic tables. Being on the trolley line was a real plus with a large group with young children, as families could come and go to beach as needed! They had plenty of beach chairs, ...
