Look no further! This great family home is all you need for the perfect getaway to Aruba.
The home is located right behind the hotel strip of Palm Beach, so you can enjoy the beach and same scenery as the hotel guests, only with so much more privacy and space!

The pool area is a dream!
Enjoy wonderful dinners with your family on our large covered patio.
Our landscaping is tropical and the yard is completely private.
Plenty of loungers by the pool to catch some sun, a great gas BBQ to cook dinners for your family, a hammock, very large dining table, a cabana, we have it all.

Our living area with kitchen has an open floor plan and has beautiful light, large sliding doors looking out over the patio and the pool.
This home will not feel crowded with 6 or even 6 guests with 2 little ones.
Our living area/kitchen is airconditioned and has a large smart TV.

The kitchen is a decked out with all you need to cook any meal at home, so you can save a bundle on eating out, gas stove, oven, rice-cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, you name it. We leave a welcome package with coffee, tea, sugar, spices and more!

Our 3 bedrooms all have a TV and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom in the hallway. Our bedrooms have a KING, a QUEEN, and the third room has 2 QUEEN beds.

Furthermore, our home has WIFI, a great alarm system, a Safe to store your valuables and you can park at least 2 cars on the driveway .
We supply 6 great Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and a cooler.
Beach towels, bedding and bath towels are all inlcuded.

We have a laundry area with a great washer and dryer so you can pack light!

Our home is great for a romantic gettaway, the backyard has beautiful lights and the pool area is very private.

The house is also SUPER child friendly. We have dishes, bowls and cutlery for toddlers. Everything is sturdy, nothing breaks easily, kids can run around, and you can relax. Plenty of shade to get away from the sun.
Most important is that you can see the pool from inside the house and on the covered porch, so you can easily keep an eye out for the kids. The bedroom with 2 beds has Queen beds so they can sleep apart from each other and have plenty of space. Furthermore, we have a ton of board games, we have sand toys and pool toys, some floats, pool noodles, snorkel gear. Yard is completely fenced so it is a safe environment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is a cleaning fee of $240 USD for the cleaning after your stay. *This is not charged through VRBO.
This cleaning fee needs to be paid in cash at check in (*your payment for the rental goes to the home owner in America, the cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have that paid out separate and on location).

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
