The front desk staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone in the building were very helpful in guiding you to various places in the area that we have never been too. Everything was great. But remember to bring your own dishes, pans, towels, toiletpaper because this hotel does not supply them.

Can’t check-in after 7pm and rude staff.

Checkin closes at 7pm! This website doesn’t do enough to alert customers about this CRUCIAL detail. I arrived at 9pm only to discover that I was charged for the room they already gave away! The night staff is outrageously rude. Appallingly so. Daytime is a bit better. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It will be worth the money, and that’s coming from someone who’s very cheap!

The manager Debbie is EXTREMELY RUDE/NASTY. Hotel needs a lot of work. Starting with management. Rooms are not throughly cleaned. Definitely recommend you do your own cleaning. Rooms are NOT AS PICTURED. So don’t expect it!!! But management has to be the BIGGEST DOWNFALL OF THE PLACE!!!!!

Whatever you do, don't book a room at this dump. If you're 5 minutes late because your flight was delayed, they not only cancel your first night, but your entire stay. In my case 11 nights. Then they have a I don't give a damn attitude, claim every room has miraculously been booked in a few hours and tell you to get lost.

I would never lay my head down at this place. The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. I booked a 7 day stay and didn’t sleep there one night. Then was given the run around when trying to receive a refund. If you’re in dire need for somewhere to stay for a night or two then this could suffice. But definitely not a vacation.

When your manager’s friends write her reviews

When we arrived we were treated terribly. Debra was rude and made me, (after being told I could not walk that far by my daughter)a disabled individual who has three pelvic fractures come all the way in to check us in because my 33 year old daughter is 4’9” tall and looks like a teenager when casually dressed. She could have asked for her ID If she needed both our ID’s I could have stopped by the desk on our way inside. Also, your site states pet friendly and as soon as she heard we had 2 service dogs she got even nastier. She tried to say I needed certification, according to the ADA I DO NOT! I only need a letter from my physician. I have had service dogs for 7 years, This was the first time I have ever been discriminated against because of my need for a service animal. I am a Constitutional Law Paralegal, I know my rights and I KNOW THE LAW! I am also a card carrying member of the ACLU!!! Then she caught herself wanting to know what disability I have that the dog provides a service for. AGAIN AGAINST ADA GUIDELINES!!! The disabilities do NOT EVER HAVE TO BE DISCLOSED NOT EVEN IN THE LETTER! We came here because we tried Virginia Beach a few they called me the day of, claiming they didn’t have the room I booked they only had a premium and I would have to pay the larger fee, or even though it was YOUR ESTABLISHMENT’s fault!!! We read reviews and Debra’s were great hence, why we decided to give your company ANOTHER TRY BIG MISTAKE!

Besides the children playing in lobby with basketballs, people blaring music in the front desk and the smells of cigarette throughout... The room had bloodstains and dirty handprints everywhere. The bathroom was missing a handle for the sink... Towels were dirty and bathtub was broken...
