"The worst stay I’ve ever had in a supposed 5 star hotel, to mention some issues in a 3 day stay: - 2 of 4 elevators in the suites tower were not working, lines to go up and down were up to 40 minutes, JUST TO GO TO THE LOBBY or to your room from the lobby. We ended up going down by the stairs with kids 23 floors - We went to the pool 2 days and both days they ran out of towels!!!! A 5 star hotel with NO TOWELS, and we rented a cabana, I can’t imagine if you don’t do that what will be the experience - The hotel has now 4 towers and only ONE restaurant for breakfast, the wait is 45 minutes to get a table (At least) - They never arrived the first night to make the sofa bed (an adult slept in the sofa, no bed) If you want a guide on HOW to destroy a legacy brand as Fontainebleau go to the Miami Beach property. For a $1,200 usd a night hotel I can assure you this is one of the worst experiences in the world you can have. "

"Great hotel and staff! Beautifully designed, nice room with a partial view of the ocean and intracoastal. The pool is great with a nice beach food restaurant overlooking the ocean. The Palmea kitchen was a great place for breakfast. The buffet ($42) has a great variety of food. We went twice and got nicely taken care of. Particularly on the last time we went, on a very busy Saturday 11 am service where the buffet needed to be restocked. Our server an amazing smiley and kind lady and the manager “Lora or Lorna” were great and made sure we left happy. We would definitely come back. Just a warning in regards to valet parking which comes with an hefty price $80 and doesn’t show proper signage to guide you when the place is packed. However, management made it right after having the park and haul our luggage from the public parking across the street upon arrival. "

"I love the stay but the parking wasn't too good. Didn't have spaces to park at night time and the was a charge of $15 per day. I payed for a week but didn't have an space after dinner to park."

"It is a great family-oriented resort with close proximity to the beach. Up to 4 beach chairs included, umbrellas are extra. The weather was on and off but the overall stay was good."
