「Maybe it was a mistake on my end. I booked the hotel through Expedia with my American Express credit card (I just left my card info. The payment was due at arrival). When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was...

「The hotel is super old and not worth the money we paid. The bed was too soft, the shower you almost needed pliers to turn it off as it kept dripping. The room was dirty on the table, there are ants in the bathroom. No oligarchy bed to plug in phones, I had to unplug clock to plug one in by one side of bed, the other one had to find a plug behind the dresser. We will not stay here ever again and do not recommend this place. 」

「Booked the standard room for my family trip and the room is quite spacious to store and open my multiple luggage cases. Nothing fancy, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing to mention would be the positive vibes from all the reception staff. From check-in, request for additional toiletries to check-out, everybody was very helpful had a big smile.」
