「We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Dona Edite Guesthouse in the Douro Valley, located about 15 to 20 minutes from Pinhão. The room is modern, well decorated and we appreciated the his and her towels. The place is very quiet since we are up in the hills, away from the town. The continental breakfast in the morning is delicious. So, if you are looking for a place to stay in the Douro valley and relatively near Pinhao, we highly recommend Casa Dona Edite.」

「I don’t imagine you could do much better than this in the heart of Viana do Castelo. They’ve done a really nice job fixing up this building for guests. Clean comfortable rooms, and charming common areas for relaxing and enjoying a drink or coffee. You are right on the main street of VDC and can walk to everything.」

「Fantastic roomy room, Well-Appointed extremely clean. And comfy. I stayed at the Indian Wells room. And we'll definitely repeat. Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner. But to a person there was no one who was not perfectly friendly to us the whole time. Truly great experience that I will repeat」
