“We arrived around 11 PM after a long day of travel, only to be told by the property manager that we were required to call before arriving. It’s 2025 if someone books online through Expedia, why should we have to call to “confirm” anything? That alone was ridiculous.
To make things worse, after going back and forth, the manager suddenly claimed there was no reservation on their system and that “Expedia doesn’t work with their property.” If that’s true, then why is the listing even on Expedia?……
