“Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because……

“First room we were placed in smelt like an ash tray from the 70s. Then we were moved to a room with a toilet that didn’t flush properly. It required a pitcher of water to be poured into the back for every flush. I told them the evening we got there and then the next morning again. Someone came up at 10:30 to hand me a plunger. By noon they sent someone to fix the toilet. The mattress on the pullout bed was disgustingly stained. There was dust everywhere. Property shows playground that doesn’t……
