“Great value for the price! The house is as advertised and looks just like the pictures. Linens, bedding, towels were clean and like new. Beds were comfortable. Cookware, serving ware and appliances were like new as well. Overall the house was very well stocked. The only thing to suggest is, I wish there was some type of manual to tell us how to access WiFi, how the outdoor lights worked, where certain things were located, etc. so I didn’t have to notify the owners so much. There were a couple……

“We really enjoyed staying here with our family of 6 and our dog. The house is laid out so well and is really nice. It was easy to get places as needed and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return!”

“This home is not too big but has a nice layout. Although we didn’t travel with our dogs this time, many thoughtful touches have been provided for pet owners and pets. The house was very clean and had nice amenities. We had a problem with the key pad to unlock the door, which the host resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.”

“Not a bad property. But on the second morning my kids woke up up with bug bites on them. When we checked the bedrooms we founds ants in all the beds. Property owner was nice and quick to respond. Only received partial refund.”

Showers were great. Amenities were as described - WiFi, TVs, A/C, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, coffee maker all worked well. We would stay here again.”

“This property provided everything we needed for our trip! We were a group of 9, and the house easily accommodated all of us and there even was a bed to spare. The only negative review we have is of the shower in the master bathroom. The water pressure was very low, but we made it work. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay and was easily accessible from the areas of Austin that we wanted to explore -- downtown and Lake Travis. I would stay again.”

“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”
