“The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. The property has a microwave that opens like a drawer and the kids were thrilled with that. Everything was clean……

“This is a perfect home for your stay in Austin. Close enough to downtown for a great night, but far enough away for some peaceful days. The pool and game room were great, and overall the home was perfect for our needs. Would recommend to anyone staying in Austin. ”

“Great space. Host was communicative and polite. We had no issues and were all comfortable. 6 People total. Host thanked me after our stay for keeping the house clean in order as expected. ”

“This host is a scammer. Gave wrong directions and then claimed to be double booked. Said we would be refunded but I had to open a fraudulent claim with VRBO while I was booking another hotel in such short notice.”

“After an initial issue upon arrival and quick responses from host everything was taken care of. The residence and area were absolutely wonderful! Lots of shopping in immediate area. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Would definitely dtay again and recommend to everyone!!”
