「Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

「no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?」

「Awesome location on Congress with wonderful amenities! The only downside was street noise in the form of muscle cars revving up outside, noticeable even on the 25th floor. However, the room was furnished with a white noise machine that blocked most of it out at night. The corner room has amazing views!」
