“Staff responce was excellent, however we discovered Ants in the room, there were no Vending Machines in our Building, and the eating establishment /bar was'nt open until Thursday ( we arrived on a Monday ), due to a Staff Stortage ( when asked, answered no bar tender available ). Over all we had a pleasant stay.”

“What is the $50 the front desk asked me to pay?😃”

“AC was very loud at night.”

“Very clean and cozy. The staff is also friendly and nice.”

“Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one……

“Great staff and rooms in the lodge were clean and well maintained. Some of the things like the cabana that were expected to be open through the week were not open and that was not communicated when booking a mid week stay. Also had to use room bath towels for the pool because they were slow with putting out pool towels.”
