“Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. ”

“I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they……

“Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. ”

How wrong could we be, The room we were allocated was dirty so much so my partner went around the room with wet wipes to remove dust and filth from surfaces and mirrors.In the bathroom the lino flooring hadn't been mopped and the skirting boards haven't been cleaned for the past 6months I would say.The shower door leaks and the sealant around the bath is loose and as got black mould on it...The……
