「We went for a 10 year anniversary and nothing was done special to welcome us, even after my husband tried to reach out to the concierge 3 times (over a 2 week span). Instead we were put in a king room that was one of the only ones without a balcony. 「The staff were wonderful and the location is excellent. I rated the property at a three because the room we had, although we had a great view, the AC was incredibly loud when running. Additionally, the toilet did not flush well, and the shower doors would open while in the shower.」
