「We all had a wonderful active vacation . There was so much to do on the river . My four grandchildren enjoyed the rope swing , and fishing on the island , we all enjoyed the paddle boarding , tubing , snorkeling and kayaking . The house was great , with enough room for the ten of us. We will return.」

「Very cozy home. A/c runs great. Back porch has out door seating with a dock on the river. Nice neighborhood. House comes with coffee machine and amenities if you want to cook. Beds pretty comfy. Really enjoyed our stay, 」

「Our house was so clean and well appointed! Loved the Old Florida vibe and the Sand Hill Cranes were a bonus!We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards, but the house had plenty of options to get out and enjoy tho river with!It was so peaceful sitting on the dock and watching all the beautiful wildlife!We will be back!」

「Somethings out of a story book. Roosters, horses, Birds, private pool and more. We loved the little quiet oasis away from the city. The owner Max was very kind and let us feed the horses and gave us a few local recommendations. We loved their pups captain and Lady too. 」

「The house was equipped with more than we could have needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets super soft! I was even surprised to see shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The house is off the beaten path but also not far from everything we needed like groceries and pharmacy. You will hear sounds from the surrounding businesses but that did not bother us at all. 」

「We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. 」

「Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. 」

「We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

「Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...
