「We arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room under the pool so we ask if we could have a different room and they gave us a smaller room so we decided to leave. The service was horrible. It was a very weird experience.」

My only two issue was that there was no in-room internet connection, although Wi-Fi was available around the pool area and in other common spaces and the TV in our room was entirely too small for the room. 「Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. 」
