“Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy our time in this VRBO because the furnace was not working. When we arrived the heat was not turned on and we were unable to get it working by adjusting the thermostat. I did contact the host who responded but did not do anything to address the issue while we were there. Even after my sending the host multiple photos of the temperatures in the house (57 and 51 degrees) they said it was our fault and did nothing to make it right. The house was very……

It worked out fine during our stay and there were no issues. Communication was excellent, responsive and prompt. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The property itself was older and could use a little updating (some broken cabinet pulls, mismatching finishes, wobbly fixtures) but comfortable enough.……
