"After driving 6 hours from Western NY, we were unable to check in due to Hilton systems being down worldwide. However staff made the best of it and offered us free appetizers and drinks. They also eventually checked us in manually. The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We enjoyed our stay. One thing that could have been better was communication. Staff should of let us know we could check in manually immediately when we could. We waited 2 or more hours."

"Incredible experience. Impeccable attention to detail. We had so much fun. Our granddaughters brought costumes from last Halloween. They loved recreating scenes from the movie and show."

"Stayed for two nights while visiting OSU and Columbus Zoo with our kids. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The property was expansive, including a gym and 2 pools which kept the kids busy. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend for a return trip."

"The only thing I was not happy with is getting a charge for WIFI for 4.95. Unless my child's phone connected to it we did not even use Wifi. We were in the room long enough to sleep. But I have never stayed at Hotel that was an amenity that was offered free of charge to guests. Other then that the facility was very clean and well maintained."
