“We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but……

“Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. “The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped”

“Property was cute with character. . Jungle theme was evident but not overwhelming. Beds were comfortable. Good location.”

“This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way.”

“Really not much good to say. This property is not safe to stay in. I am so disappointed in Expedia advertising this property. I requested a refund. The place is unsafe. Your stay is shared with rats. Yes rats. I informed the prooerty of the issue and I was told that I would get a refund. I had to stay in this filth my whole stay. These issues was addressed an hour after I got in the prooerty. This is only some issues. I stayed awake for three days. This is not acceptable not. I'm sick and this……
