"The room was clean but we had problems each day with the key card. We never did have housekeeping come in the entire time we stayed. I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels. We had to go to the front desk each evening to get clean ones. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. I would have liked some peanut butter. I really didn't understand the $50 charge when we checked in but I was reimbursed. Since I live in Canada what I was charged on the first day didn't equal what I got back when we checked out. The joys of exchange rate. I could have given them the $50 in cash. We did hear that 4 of their 6 housekeeping staff had quit. Thank You"

"Very clean and comfortable rooms! Staff was very welcoming and told me all the hours of operation for the pool and gym, as well as breakfast, dinner and bar hours, and I didn't even need to ask! They also supply very nice luggage carts to haul all your stuff up to your room in their large elevators. They are also a very dog friendly place to boot! There is a nice dog potty area out back with two waste bins and extra bags available if you don't have any or forgot yours."

"The check-in process was easy and there was no pesky deposit required. We even got a free upgrade! Ashley at the front desk was very helpful, as well as Amy who handled the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean. Things were unplugged so we initially thought fixtures were broken. The bathroom area was much nicer than other places we have stayed. There was clear presence of maintenance on hand who were diligently working on projects."

"We had a great stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, our room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. It was in a nice area and conveniently located close to restaurants. It was just a short drive to the Air Force museum. Would definitely stay again."
