The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the……

“Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!”

So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!”

“We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. “My stay was great. Great job of renovation and updating the property! One one thing... The compression shower rod in the lower bathroom will not stay up. I would suggest a permanently mounted rod (like the one in the upstairs bathroom) to solve that problem. I would definitely stay there again.”
