"Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Top Yellow Springs Hotel Reviews

The Hotel@Dayton South

8/10 Good

"Floors were always dirty, key stopped working within a few hours of checkin. One of our rooms clearly marked non smoking had a horrendous smoke smell and cleaning staff did nothing about it?? Did they even clean the room??? Will Not go back!!"

Best Western Plus Miamisburg-Dayton Suites, Banquets & Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Our son was hospitalized in ICU. We traveled up from NC. The staff here was amazing Ms Dearicka and Mr Greg were extremely courteous and helpful. Cant say enough about those. Many times upon returning to the hotel they would ask his current condition when they seen us. The breakfast in the morning was great it had all the common continental breakfast items but it also included a hot breakfast buffet. This was extremely helpful cutting some costs as our stay was 10 days until our son was finally released from the hospital. The rooms were clean the AC is actually centralized with a room thermostat instead of window units. The property is conviently located to shopping and restaurants. So our overall stay and interactions with the place and staff excellent"
