“Terrible la espera para realizar el check in solo una persona para atender todos los las personas que van a rentar y los que están rentados ,después que pagas por noche el parqueo no te garantizan donde parquear tienes que buscar algún parqueo que puede ser dos tres cuatro cuadras donde encuentres y si mueves el auto lo pierdes y tienes que buscar otro porque no tienes un lugar fijo donde estacionar el auto aún pagando”

The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. “Don’t expect to be put where you belong if you request it.In my occasion I arrived around 9 am I agreed that I’d come in later due to early check in matters with a fee but I check in and all I’m just waiting on my room long story short I waiting till 4:17pm I’m not sure why I waited all day just to be given a room that wasn’t what I got, They sent me to another villa more like away I felt very discriminated at this point .I just decided to keep it bc everything was already inside .Once inside……
