「I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.」

「The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant upstairs was unique and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again on our next stay.」

「The bed and pillows were the best we’ve experienced so far in the Monterey area.」

「The room is equipped with tables and chairs, and the mattress is comfortable. There are plenty of outlets. The bathroom is clean. The flowers and plants in the courtyard are well-tended and blooming beautifully.」
