“The room smelled like unwashed person so they opened the windows. That caused the room to be cold. The heat was controlled by them and it took a long time for the room to warm up. I texted for another blanket but did not receive one. It was above a bar (pub), but I still fell asleep, only to be awaken after 10:00 when the music volume was turned up to blasting. At 11:00 it suddenly became very quiet but I was unable to return to sleep. I had to wake up at 5:30 am. I lost time because I had to……

“1 night stay with a small dog. We were delighted to see a welcome package for the dog which had 2 bone cookies and a package of poo bags.”

“An ideal hotel needs to be well-lit as well as feel fresh and welcoming in every aspect. The property is old, carpet reeks stale, and premise feels suffocating. The premise including reception and staircase make you feel not go upstairs and just ask for a refund. The room had yellow wallpaper and dull brown color thrown in the overall layout which felt old, depressing and unclean. Bedsheets had long hair still clinging on there, bathtub tap leaked, TV was a dummy, had a few channels running……

“Not our best experience after driving for 12 hours. The hot tub was cold, reading lights and outlets in our room were not working and the hot water in the shower was only lukewarm.”

“The hotel is new. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Quiet surroundings enable a good night’s sleep. Staff are very helpful in check-in and check-out. ”

“The hotel is in a great location for travel. Amongst some industrial level buildings. A little bit dated however, the staff, for breakfast were fantastic for what we needed on the run.”

“Great for a one night stop over in Cornwall. Staff was friendly and attentive. There’s picnic benches and BBQs right outside the room in a grassy area. Ample parking. Rooms were decently updated and a good size with a comfortable bed. Area was quiet but the walls were thin. We didn’t have any issues with the people staying but could be an issue if you don’t luck out like us. Cornwall is oddly spread out so leading to an inconvenient location but I would say that’s more on the town not the……
